Basic: This is designed for a small scale database with a less activity; access is during normal business hours 9 AM EST to 5 PM EST Monday through Friday.
Regular Plan: This is designed for an enterprise server with sustained growth of work group. This service level offers 8 AM EST to 8 PM EST coverage Monday through Friday.
Premium Plan: This is designed to support mission critical large scale database servers with a high volume of transactions. This service level offers 24/7 coverage through out the globe.
Emergency Support: On-Site Availability, Response Time 2 Hours (Excluding travel time).
